PROJECT 2 :INSPIRATION, FORM AND FUNCTION
For this module, the objectives are :

To produce observation drawings with quality line work which focus on the details and showing hierarchy .

To identify the design elements and principles in the observation drawings.

To creatively articulate ideas and apply the design elements and principles.

To inculcate interpretive and representational skills in models through figure ground study of solids and voids.
Project 2A: Inspiration
Inspired by the furniture piece that is done in the last assignment (Project 1), we are going to design a lighting piece which complements the furniture (Barcelona Chair). Firstly, we are required to produce a base model which best reflecting the keywords and formal organisation.Next, we are to further develop a 3-Dimensional design through series of transformation in response to a specific set of conditions without a lossing the identity and design language.
