Assignment 1 - Anthropometric& Ergonomic 

For this module, my first assignment is about human scale, anthropometric and ergonomic. "Good designers always understand their target user" Anthropometry refers to the measurement of the human individual. Anthropometry involves the systematic measurement of the physical properties of the human body, primarily dimensional descriptors of body size and shape. The objectives are:

 

• To understand human scale, proportion and space surrounding

• To relate anthropometrics to design ergonomics in personal space

• To illustrate human figure with proper scale and proportion

For this assignment we have to illustrate our 12 daily activities and every drawing has to be different from each other in activities, poses and furniture.

For the second part of this assignment, we have to choose three activities, take pictures of us doing them, measure the space and also the furniture.
