Assignment1: Working Drawing (Interior Detailing)
For Building Materials & Finishes, my first assignment consists of three tasks and they all are working drawings which encourage our creativity and enable us to intelligently use combination of materials such as metal, timber, stone, glass, synthetic material,brick, ceramic, concrete and plaster as building materials in interior detailing.
Task 1(b) Metal and Synthetic Material
Detailing of furniture provided: Seating Unit.
We are required to observe, identify and draw PLAN, ELEVATIONS, SECTION AND DETAIL of the seating unit.

Task 1(c) Metal, Timber & Stone
Detailing of furniture provided: Built-in Counter.
We are required to observe, identify and draw PLAN, ELEVATIONS, SECTION AND DETAIL of the seating unit.

Assignment2: Integration of Final Project
Several tasks given in assessing detailing understanding related to the students’ final project in their Design Studio module. This is to encourage students creativity and intelligently use combination of MATERIALS in interior detailing and clarify the understanding on the construction method that been taught in previous lectures.
Our Task1 for Assignment2 are to select one interior construction detailing which the detail chosen consists of an interesting design feature complete with FLOOR, WALL & CEILING joineries and to select one outstanding and dominant design of our FURNITURE from our final project.
Task 1(a) Interior Construction Detailing: Wall, Floor & Ceiling Joineries.
We are required to complete the drawings with PLAN, ELEVATION, CROSS SECTION, BLOW-UP DETAILS with specifications.

Task 1(b) Furniture Detailing.
We are required to complete the drawings with PLAN, ELEVATION, CROSS SECTION, BLOW-UP DETAILS with specifications of the selected furniture.

Task 2 : Inventory Report.
For our inventory report, we are required to list out the selected interior or building materials and finishes in an inventory report form. We also have to list down at least seven(7) materials that are in our Interior Architecture Design II Final Project. And below is my inventory report.


Task 3 : Sample Board.
Student needs to produce ONE (1) A3 size sample board. Baseboard (WHITE COLOUR) has to be thick enough to SUPPORT the sample of materials chosen. Our layout composition should be systemically arranged, labeling, & the clarity of information has to be neatly presented including the proposing title of the Project and areas selected.
